Rajums Limited has worked on and delivered on a number of commercial projects. We have designed, developed and commercialized buildings projects in Nairobi and other counties.

During these projects, we have handled all the procurement activities, delivered to sites and managed the whole development process.

We are particularly specialists in getting all the necessary paper work done, sourcing of the main building materials, fittings and also at linking the buildings with all the required amenities such as electricity, water and sewerage systems.

Rajums Limited has undergone all the necessary vetting by both National and County Governments to ensure compliance.

This has seen us bid and fairly win competitive tenders for projects advertised by the Government. We have worked on Schools, Institutions of higher learning, Offices, Health Centers among others.

We have also been contracted to supply materials for use in all of these projects.

Rajums Limited has the capacity to get into contracts with individuals or private entities for development of residential houses on private land.

The company designs, sources for materials, develops, does fitting and installations, links with social amenities before handing over the building to th eventual owner as per agreed terms.
